Return Policy
Returns will be issued refunds in the form of an E-Gift Card for store credit
- In order to qualify for a refund, we must receive your return within 14 days of your original order date. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer you a refund for exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also have its original tags.
- To complete your return, we require proof of purchase through email.
- The customer is responsible for return postage.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and sent as an E-Gift card for store credit.
How will I receive my store credit?
- Expect an emailed E-Gift card within 3 business days of the delivery of your return.
Late or missing refunds
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at returns@shopy2yay.com
The following items may not be returned:
- Hats
- Jewelry
- Accessories
- Intimates (Including Nighties)
- Sale items
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Shipping
- To return your product, you should mail your product to: (insert here)
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you.
- If you are shipping an item, we recommend you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
